Joy is Now by Guruganesha Singh & Snatam Kaur

Summer solstice brings out some of the best new releases for our community. As we hear about them, we will post them here.

To start, check out the upcoming Spirit Voyage Records release titled Joy is Now by Guruganesha Singh & Snatam Kaur. It features vocals by Manish Vyas with the master production of Thomas Barquee. Musically it is an unprecedentedfusion of classical indian instruments including tablas, sarod, and sarangi with western guitar and drums.
Release Date is Early May 2008!

    What a gift it was to participate with guruganesha and Snatam at the Joy Is Now concert/celebration at Golden Bridge Yoga! Hari Om was my favorite song of the night, and I can’t wait to buy the CD and listen to it in my car while driving around town…(or sitting in traffic)…:)

    This may not be the best place to ask this question, but I hope I get an answer anyway! I am trying to find the English translation for the words to the songs on “Grateful Ganesh”–and will probably want them for “Joy is Now” when I buy it.

    The joy is now mantras are probably in the inner jacket of the album.

    Thanks for all the beautiful music. Anyone knows were i can find the guitar chords for Hari Om.
